    • Strengthen the maintenance of wearing parts:
Seals, oil cups (especially plastic), mechanical seals, etc., are vulnerable components, especially mechanical seals, whose service life is directly related to the average interval between centrifugal pump failures.
The constant change of fluid hydraulic load, excessive pollutants, shaft deflection, frequent disassembly and maintenance are all important factors leading to the shortening of the life of the mechanical seal, and these situations should be avoided as much as possible.
For centrifugal pumps containing solid particles, special attention must be paid to flushing with water before stopping the pump to prevent particles from entering the seal and causing damage to the seal.
Accurately select the flow and head of the centrifugal pump:
The correct choice of flow rate and head can ensure that the centrifugal pump is in the best state of performance during use.
If the centrifugal pump is operated at a low flow rate, it will create circulating eddy currents in the centrifugal pump and create radial forces, which will put the impeller in an unbalanced state, increase the bearing load, and damage the impeller, seals, and bearings.
If it is not possible to increase the flow rate in production, consider increasing the return flow rate of the process pipe to achieve the purpose of regulating the flow rate.
      Keep lubricated:
Always check the quality and oil level of the lubricant to ensure lubrication.
The oil should be replaced after the new pump is put into use, as should the centrifugal pump that replaces the bearing during overhaul.
When the new bearing runs coaxial, because foreign matter will enter the oil, the oil must be replaced, and the lubricant used must meet the quality requirements.
      Avoid dry rotation:
Before starting the centrifugal micro-electric pump, the air in the pipeline must be drained, otherwise it will cause dry rotation of the pump and cause damage.
      Remove blockage:
If the centrifugal miniature electric pump is found to have a small flow rate or cannot start normally during operation, it is necessary to check whether the pipeline is blocked and clean up in time.
      Cleaning and maintenance:
After a long time of use, there may be sediment inside the centrifugal micro-electric pump, which needs regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure performance and life.
Check the pressure and current of the centrifugal pump regularly to ensure that the pump pressure, pipeline pressure and current of the centrifugal pump are within normal values.
Note whether the temperature of the centrifugal pump bearing is within the normal range, the temperature of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 80 ° C, and the temperature of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 70 ° C.
Check the lubricating oil level and the working condition of the oil ring to ensure that the lubricating oil level is between 1/2 and 3/4 of the oil cup.
      Proper storage and protection:
Before the centrifugal pump is shut down, it is necessary to release the pressure in the pump, and then remove the pump instantaneously, wash and dry, and return to the original position.
Centrifugal pumps should not be placed in places with corrosive media.
Centrifugal micro-electric pump outlet flow may be high, need to take protective measures to prevent spraying.
