The low pressure of the micro diaphragm pump can be caused by the failure of the following components:

    Power and control components

    –  Motor  : motor winding short circuit or break, will make the motor can not output normal power, resulting in a decrease in diaphragm pump speed, affecting the pressure. If the motor overload protection device is triggered, if it is not reset in time or the cause of overload is not eliminated, the motor cannot operate normally, and it will also cause insufficient pressure.

    –  Pressure regulating valve  : The pressure regulating valve is not adjusted properly, and the pressure cannot be adjusted to the appropriate value, which may make the output pressure lower than the demand. The internal parts of the pressure regulating valve are damaged, the spool is stuck, etc., which causes it to not work normally and cannot accurately control the pressure.

    –  Pressure gauge  : The pressure gauge is damaged, and the displayed pressure value is inaccurate, resulting in misjudgment. The actual pressure may be normal, but the displayed pressure is insufficient due to the fault of the pressure gauge.

    Pump body and sealing parts

    –  Diaphragm  : diaphragm perforation, cracks, work will lead to liquid leakage, can not form effective pressure. Diaphragm aging, reduced elasticity, affecting the reciprocating movement of the diaphragm, resulting in abnormal changes in pump chamber volume, pressure is affected.

    –  Seals  : The sealing gasket between the diaphragm and the pump body is aging, deformed or damaged, which will cause liquid to leak from the seal and the pressure can not be effectively established. The seal failure of the inlet and outlet leads to liquid leakage and also causes insufficient output pressure of the pump.

    –  Pump body  : The pump body is broken and cracked, which will cause the pressure to leak in the pump and cannot reach the normal pressure output.

Inlet and outlet and check valve parts

    –  Feed valve  : Feed valve leaks, in the pump suction process, some liquid will leak out from the feed valve, so that the amount of liquid into the pump chamber is insufficient, and then affect the pressure.

    –  Check valve  : The valve plate of the check valve is stuck with foreign matter, the seal is not strict or the elastic component fails, which will cause liquid reflux and cannot be discharged normally, affecting the pressure.

    Other parts

    –  Exhaust port and pipeline  : The exhaust port is blocked or not smooth, and the gas in the pump chamber can not be discharged smoothly, affecting the suction and discharge of liquid, resulting in insufficient pressure.

    –  Oil supplement valve  : The oil supplement valve is insufficient, so that the oil of the hydraulic system is not enough, affecting the drive and pressure generation of the diaphragm.
