    The common faults and solutions of micro centrifugal pumps are as follows:

    Startup failure

    –  Motor does not rotate  :

    –  Cause  : Matching switch, DC power supply failure; Insufficient battery or battery power; Poor line contact; Poor contact between motor and carbon brush.

    –  Solution  : Check the switch, voltage regulator power supply, if there is a problem in time to replace or repair; Charging or replacing batteries or batteries; Inspect the line, repair or replace the damaged line; Clean the carbon brush or adjust the carbon brush contact with the motor.

    –  Motor work but not water  :

    –  Reason  : There are debris or particle impurities in the pump; Suction higher than pump rated suction.

    –  Solution  : disassemble the pump body and clean up debris; Reduce the suction height so that the suction is within the rated range.

    Traffic problem

    –  Insufficient flow  :

    –  Reason  : The actual lift of the pump exceeds the allowable lift; The voltage is too low, the motor speed is slow; Suction range is too high; There’s air coming in from the pipe.

    –  Solution  : Replace the pump with the appropriate head; Check the power supply voltage, use a voltage regulator or adjust the power supply line; Reduce suction; Drain the air in the pipe and check the tightness of the pipe.

    –  Flow becomes smaller  :

    –  Reason  : The water inlet is blocked by impurities; The filter is used for a long time and is blocked by particle impurities.

    –  Solution  : Clean up impurities at the inlet; Clean or replace the filter.

    Running fault

    –  Abnormal water outage  :

    –  Reason  : Motor does not start, there is a circuit fault; The pipeline is blocked; Pipeline rupture; Blockage of the water filter network; The suction pipe is above the water surface.

    –  Solution  : Check the circuit, troubleshoot; Clean up blockages; Repair welding or replace the broken pipeline; Clean up the water filtration network; Adjust the suction pipe to ensure that it is below the surface of the water.

    –  Intense vibration or abnormal increase in noise  :

    –  Reason  : The access voltage is higher than the set voltage; Installation Angle is not fixed; Motor or pump shaft is bent.

    –  Solution  : Use suitable voltage regulator equipment to stabilize voltage; Fixed installation Angle to ensure firm installation; Check motor and pump shafts and correct or replace bent parts.

    Other glitches

    –  Seal leakage  :

    –  Reason  : Packing seal or mechanical seal is damaged.

    –  Solution  : Adjust or replace the filler; Check and replace mechanical seals.

    –  Bearing temperature is too high  :

    –  Reason  : insufficient lubrication; Bearing wear; Overload operation.

    –  Solution  : Check and add lubricant; Replace worn bearings; Adjust operating load to avoid overload.
